The meeting was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2008 at 13.00 hours, in the ALLIANZ ARENA Congress Center in Munich, Germany.

Conclusions
1.
Fundo de Promocao Desportiva from Maputo in Mozambique will organize the public institutions and operators of the sport and leisure infrastructure in Mozambique, which will found AGEDEM, Associado Gestores Deportivas Mocambique. IASLIM will provide support for the foundation of The Association. The Association will be found during next few months.
2.
AGEDEM, Associado Gestores Deportivas Mocambique, will in co-operation with the IASLIM, prepare and organize the IASLIM Regional Conference for South African Countries. The conference will be held in May or September 2008 at the University of Maputo in Mozambique.

AGEDEM will prepare the invitation list of public institutions and operators of the sport and leisure infrastructure from South African Countries: (1) South Africa, (2) Swaziland, (3) Lesotho, (4) Zimbabwe, (5) Zambia, (6) Mozambique, (7) Malawi, (8) United Republic of Tanzania, (9) Botswana, (10) Namibia, (11) Angola and (12) Madagascar. In co-operation with the Fundo de Promocao Desportiva, the AGEDEM will provide organization, financial sources, venue, co-workers for administrative and technical services, accommodation and local transport services.

IASLIM will prepare the drafts the documents for the IASLIM Regional Conference for South African Countries, in English language. AGEDEM will provide translation of the documents in Portuguese language. During next few months, it will be decided where will the documents be printed (copied) and how will they be distributed. Fundo de Promocao Desportiva will prepare proposals.

IASLIM will prepare the program of the IASLIM & AGEDEM Professional Seminar, which will be held in Maputo, together with the Conference. The program will be in English language. AGEDEM will provide translation of the documents in Portuguese language.

The Conference will be held at the University of Maputo. Official languages will be English and Portuguese. The organizers will offer official hotels and local transport. Each delegate will receive the documents and materials for the Conference. Before the Conference the documents will be sending by e-mail and by post.
Second day
IASLIM & AGEDEM Seminar “Sport and leisure infrastructure management in South African Countries”.

The Seminar will be held at the University of Maputo. Official languages will be English and Portuguese. Each participant will participate in preparation of the seminar and will receive seminar materials and official certificate.
Third day
Study visit of the sport and leisure infrastructure in Maputo.
