The Association will support Universities, educational institutions and professional associations to develop graduate and post graduate programs, certified higher educational courses for continuing professional development and exchange programs for specialised professions and working places needed for management and maintenance of sport and leisure infrastructure. The Association will develop efficient system of scholarship for students and financial support for employees.
The Association will promote and support foundation of International School of Sport and Leisure Infrastructure Management, which will be conducted in co-operation with the Universities, specialised educational and training institutions and professional organisations, from different countries. The school will raise the levels of business competencies and efficiency in sport and leisure infrastructure management.
Study visits to the best sport and leisure centers in the World will be organized.
