The Meeting was held on Friday, November 2nd 2007 at 10.00 a.m in the Business Club in Kölnmesse in Köln Germany.

Siegfried Hoymann, Secretary General of IAKS, Klaus Meinel, Managing Director of IAKS and Jože Jenšterle, President of Sport Center Association of Slovenia and Head of the Project IASLIM.

Conclusions
Ad.1/1
IAKS – International Association of Sport and Leisure Facilities and IASLIM – International Association of Sport and Leisure Infrastructure Management - Project Group have common interest to co-operate as partners in the areas of sport and leisure infrastructure management. IAKS is an established and internationally recognized association, which addresses individual architects, engineers and their associations, commercial enterprises, ministries, sport organizations, schools and local communities. IASLIM, Project Group addresses sport and leisure infrastructure management and prepares foundation of International Association of Sport and Leisure Infrastructure Management.

Co-operation will be based on the Agreement between IAKS and IASLIM, Project Group and on the Program for 2008. The documents will be prepared by Klaus Meinel and Jože Jenšterle till the end of this year, and discussed at IAKS Executive Board and IASLIM Project Group. IASLIM can become a member of IAKS, based on the interests of both parties and decisions of their executive boards.

The Agreement will define areas of co-operation, rights and obligations of the partners, project management, financial frame of co-operation and vision of the future development.
Ad.2/1
The Program of co-operation of IAKS and IASLIM, Project Group will include the following projects:
- exchange of information including documents and mailing list,
- co-operation in the bodies of both partners,
- co-operation in the international projects and initiatives,
- regional meetings of sport and leisure infrastructure management,
- preparation of the topic: “Sport and leisure infrastructure management” for the next IAKS Congress in 2009.
