Minister for Physical Culture, Sport and Tourism, Republic of Udmurtia, Rector of National State University of Physical Culture, Sport and Health “Lesgafta”, Sankt Petersburg, Russia and 103 General Managers and Chairmen of the companies and public institutions, Professionals, Experts, Officials, Professors and Students, were present at the Conference and International Seminar. Members of the Association, partner organizations, companies and guests receive materials for the Conference by e-mail and in papers before the session, which were all written in English, Spanish, Russian and Slovenian language. At the Conference the organizer has provided simultaneous translation in English - Spanish - Russian language. International participants have received certificates for attending professional training program.

Ad. 1

President Roman Jakiè, opened conference, greeted guests and participants at the Conference. He presented an overview of preparations to the conference. For the members of the Presidency of the Conference he proposed: Antonio Llop, Roman Jakiè and Jože Jenšterle.

Conclusion

Members of the Association present at the Conference, confirm the motion with acclamation. The Conference was chaired by Roman Jakiè.

Ad. 2

The President presented the Minutes of the 2nd European Conference that was held on 8. October 2010, in Rijeka, Croatia. He invited the members to raise questions about the document.

Toni Llop, President of CESS (Confederation Europeenne Sport Santé - European confederation sport and health) and member of IASLIM European Committee has presented Report of the Association for the period 2008 – 2011. In the past four years members of the Association has invested their knowledge, professional experiences, international business connections and work in establishment of association, development of programs, providing funding, international promotion and organization of international events, meetings, seminars and conferences.

Together with Universities, business schools, educational institutions, companies, international experts and partners, the Association has developed educational program “International school of sport and infrastructure leisure management”. We’ve established organizational structure, provided lecturers, financial funds and enabled implementation of the program. Program was implemented in form of international seminars and study visits to competence centers, which covered one or several subjects of educational program. There were 2.173 participants in professional training programs that were organized by the association and partners in 2008 (195 participants), 2009 (768), 2010 (752) and 2011 (458). Programs were organized in Spain, Austria, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Canada, Venezuela, Ecuador, Brazil and Mozambique. Association has signed consortium agreement with three Universities, educational center, association of sport infrastructure operators and three companies.

Association established organizational structure on three continents. Members founded European Conference, Conferencia IASLIM Continental para América Latina y el Caribe and Committee for African countries. Continental Conferences of the Association with their partners have organized 18 international meetings and conferences. Representatives of the association participated as key speakers at 11 conferences and congresses.

Ad. 5

Roman Jakiè, President of IASLIM European Committee has presented external audit report on financial statements for the financial year ended 31. December 2010. The report was prepared by independent audit company Revizijski center d.o.o. Ljubljana.

In opinion of audit company, the financial statements preset fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of IASLIM, as at 31 December 2010 and the result of its operations for the year then ended in accordance with the accounting act and Slovenian accounting standards.

Jože Jenšterle, Secretary General of IASLIM, supplemented the audit report with information about funding of the association’s program in the period 2008 – 2011. International seminars, conferences and meetings which were organized by the association were funded partialy from the IASLIM and partialy from members, partners and sponsors. The ratio between financial sources that cover costs of the program is; (1) IASLIM - 9% and (2) members, partners and sponsors - 91%.
 

Conclusion

Members of the Conference have accepted audit report on financial statements for the financial year ended 31. December 2010 and confirm information about funding of the association’s program in the period 2008 – 2011.

Ad. 6

Jože Jenšterle, Secretary General of IASLIM, introduced the program of the Association in the period 2012 – 2015. INC, International Network Cluster is a consortium type of structure and a movement for sustainable development of sport, leisure and infrastructure. It would not be a bureaucratic organization, with a centralized structure but a network of public institutions, private companies, research institutes, educational institutions, consulting agencies, local and regional communities, national agencies and institutes, international associations, which operate in the sector of sport, leisure and infrastructure. It will design a virtual space using fast communications with the internet connections, e-mail correspondence, on line video conferences and workshops and distant education, training and consulting programs and services.

Program of the Association includes activities and projects:

• Research & development of sport, leisure and infrastructure.
• New paradigm/philosophy of sport, leisure and infrastructure.
• International standards and regulations of sport and leisure infrastructure.
• International school of sport and leisure infrastructure management.
• Professional training centers.
• Transfer of knowledge, professional skills and experiences (international seminars and conferences).
• International networking in research & development projects.
• Business & project co-operation.
• National associations and continental conferences.

Basic elements of the program were designed and discussed by hundreds of professionals, experts and professor, who participated executive meetings, continental conferences, international seminars and meetings with Universities, business schools, institutions and companies, which were organized by IASLIM & Partners in the past three years, all over the World.

Members of the Conference have accepted the program of the Association for the period 2012 – 2015.

Roman Jakiè, President of IASLIM European Committee, proposed a list of candidates for the members of Executive Board of IASLIM European Converence. The list was prepared because some members of European Committee were no longer members and we have to change them and new National Organizations became members of International Association.
