International Association of sport and Leisure Infrastructure Management has organized three day’s study visit in Ipswich, Great Britain. Training program has included topics from the management of infrastructure and maintenance of grass surfaces for sport and leisure. The excursion was held from 8th to 10th November 2010. There were 25 managers in study group. Program: (1) ITFC's Ipswich Town Football Clubs - Football Academy. Presentation of Football Academy infrastructure, football pitches and mechanization for maintenance of natural grass surfaces. Football hall with artificial turf. Presentation of management and maintenance of the football hall and football pitches with natural grass. (2) Football Stadium. Planning and building of football stadium. Stadium infrastructure and auxiliary facilities. Management and maintenance plan. Playground maintenance. Requirements forqualitygrass surfaces andmaintenancecriteria. Special methods of grass growth and maintenance. Winter maintenance.

For sustainable development of sport, leisure and infrastructure, "social management", introduction of "green" technologies and innovative programs for all people, we need "new paradigm or philosophy of sport, leisure and infrastructure".
