International meeting of the sport and leisure infrastructure managers in Reka, Croatia, 16 October 2008. For sustainable development of sport, leisure and infrastructure, "social management", introduction of "green" technologies and innovative programs for all people, we need "new paradigm or philosophy of sport, leisure and infrastructure".
