Ai Tourism investor Summit 2009, was held on 26 - 27 February 2009 in Maputo, Mozambique. It has aimed to showcase Africa's wealth of new and upcoming tourism projects from its projects database. The Summit has convened investors, leading Africa CEOs, tourism and hospitality investors, representatives from international sporting federations and government officials to discuss a pre-vetted list of upcoming international event hosting opportunities for African countries. The Summit was focused on: strategic partnerships in the tourism sector, new capital sources for tourism projects in Africa, hot upcoming tourism and property investment projects, how to leverage 2010 legacy projects for shareholder returns and advancements in sustainable tourism investing.
IASLIM was Partner of the Africa Investor in organizing the event and Secretary General was guest speaker at the International Conference.

For sustainable development of sport, leisure and infrastructure, "social management", introduction of "green" technologies and innovative programs for all people, we need "new paradigm or philosophy of sport, leisure and infrastructure".
