International seminar and IASLIM European Conference Ljubljana 2009, was held in the City Hall in Ljubljana, Slovenia on Friday, 25 September 2009. There were 83 participants from 9 countries: Spain, Ireland, Italy, Slovenia, USA, Chile, Croatia, Belgium, Serbia. Participants were managers of public institutions and companies, University profesors, municipality officials, professionals and chairmen of national and international associations. The conference was chaired by Roman Jakič. The conference was opened by Janez Kocijančič, president of Olympic committee of Slovenia and Zoran Jankovič, Mayor of Ljubljana. Conclusions: (1) Program of IASLIM 2009 – 2011, presented by Carlos Vera Guardia, was accepted by acclamation. (2) Jože Jenšterle presented the amendments to the statute of IASLIM. It was accepted by acclamation. The statute will be subject to changes. (3) Members of the association present at IASLIM European Conference, elected members of IASLIM European Committee: Roman Jakič, president and Toni Llop, Ranko Matijaševič and Zlatan Hreljac, members, with acclamation. (4) Representatives of participating countries presented reports and presentations about sport and leisure infrastructure in Ireland, Spain, Serbia and Croatia. All participants of international seminar received official certificates for attending pofessional training program.

For sustainable development of sport, leisure and infrastructure, "social management", introduction of "green" technologies and innovative programs for all people, we need "new paradigm or philosophy of sport, leisure and infrastructure".
