The meeting of the representatives of International Association of Sport and Leisure Infrastructure management, Federation of sport managers of Russia and Institute of sport facilities from Sankt Petersburg, was held on 15^th October 2011, in Barcelona. Present: Roman Jakič, President of European Conference of IASLIM, Sergey Vashchenko, President of Federation of sport managers of Russia, Vladimir Taymazov, Rector National State University of Physical Culture, Sport and Health im.P.F. Lesgafta, Russia, Yakov Morozov, General Director of Institute of sport facilities from Sankt Petersburg, Marat Safin, Executive Director of RFSM Russian Federation of Sport Managers Moscow, Jože Jenšterle, Secretary General of the IASLIM, Toni Llop, Member of Executive Board of IASLIm European Conference and  Natalija Safina, Head of Institute for Distance Education of Istitute of Sports facilities and industry. Agenda: (1) Partnership and cooperation between IASLIM and organizations in Russia. (2) Program of IASLIM 2012 – 2015. (3) International School of sport and leisure infrastructure management.

For sustainable development of sport, leisure and infrastructure, "social management", introduction of "green" technologies and innovative programs for all people, we need "new paradigm or philosophy of sport, leisure and infrastructure".
