International School of Sport and Leisure Infrastructure Management. International Seminar:   Sport and urban development. The seminar was held in Rijeka, Croatia on October 7^th 2010. Participants: 77 from 9 Countries: Croatia, Spain, Germany, Italy, Slovenia, Brazil, Guatemala, Serbia and Romania. 38 General managers and Chairmen of the companies and public institutions were present at the International Seminar and European Conference.  Members of the Association, partner organizations and companies and guests receive materials for the Conference by e-mail and in papers before the session, which were all written in English, Spanish and Croatian language. At the Conference the organizer has provided translation services English – Croatian, English – Spanish, Portuguesse – English, Croatian – English. All participants have received certificates for attending professional training program. Program: (1) Ecology, environmental etics and sustainable development. (2Management of the sport infrastructure, oriented towards people. (3) The Stadium, the city and sustainable paradigm. (4) Sport in the function of urban development. (5) Stadiums and football playgrounds with artificial turf. (6)Technologies for the installation and maintenance of synthetic sports surfaces and artificial turf pitches.

For sustainable development of sport, leisure and infrastructure, "social management", introduction of "green" technologies and innovative programs for all people, we need "new paradigm or philosophy of sport, leisure and infrastructure".
